Actions

1. Edit the item.
2. Delete the item.
3. Set the item as loaned (see Loans page)
4. See modification history concerning this item.
5. Click here to generate a link to this page if you wish to share it (see Visibility page)
6. Show the visibility of the item (see Visibility page)

Create a new item

The form to add a new item looks like this:

1. The main image for your item. Can be left empty.
2. The item name. A name can be automatically suggested based on other items names inside the same collection.
3. The collection the item is attached to.
4. How much of this item you own.
5. Add tags to the item (see Tags page)
6. Section to add custom fields (metadata) to your item
7. Apply a template (see Templates page)
8. Load common fields based on other items fields inside the same collection.
9. Load fields from the collection the item will be attached to.
10. Add text fields (see Fields page)
11. Add image fields, they will be displayed alongside the main image (see Fields page)
12. Add related items, a link to those items will appear on the item page.
