Previously true by default, that replaced the metric tensor from the input grid with one calculated assuming orthogonal coordinates. New name makes clearer that this is recalculating metric tensor components, not loading them from the grid. False by default so will use metric tensor components in the grid file.

Hermes-3 operators don't need parallel slices, so don't calculate them by default.
