This PR aims to significantly improve how we define the geometry of our 1D simulations.
It adds the following functionality:

  • Ability to define input file parameters in terms of Lpar, including flux expansion
  • Ability to define a profile of magnetic pitch
  • Ability to define a profile of SOL broadening
  • Calculation of flux tube radial cross-sectional area for communication with reservoirs
  • Passing all of the above into the state for use in other components
