Restore subsampled genomes after pan-genome inference

Once pan-genomes have been inferred from a dataset that was reduced with PopPunk, we will need a fast way to add the other genomes to the inferred sets of orthologs. Adding one genome at a time using Panaroo is probably impractical, but a simple homology search may be sufficient to do the trick.
