workspace list is missing

after updating from 0.10.0 to 0.10.1 the workspace function is divided to multiple functions but there is no way to list existing workspaces !

Any idea how can we do that ?

Do I need to implement the function ?

I will add it to my RC I've got built for 0.10.2. It will be on a branch if you want to pull and install it until I get the release done.
