[Add App] Mosquitto #2540

@coryisakson

Description

@coryisakson

Please provide the basic information of the app

Mosquitto MQTT

Project URL(Required, Github preferred)
https://github.com/eclipse-mosquitto/mosquitto

Container image URL(Optional but helpful)
https://hub.docker.com/_/eclipse-mosquitto

Reasons(Optional)
Home Assistant requires an MQTT broker to support DIY devices, ESP HOME devices, and more. Having MQTT as a supported app would make it much easier to deploy for use with Home Assistant.
https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/mqtt/#setting-up-a-broker
Neither ActiveMQ MQTT broker nor the RabbitMQ MQTT Plugin are supported, use a known working broker like Mosquitto instead. There are at least two issues with the ActiveMQ MQTT broker which break MQTT message retention.

Additional context
Just that it doesnt install via Olares Studio as a simple docker compose because it has some basic config requirements that really should be house outside the container.
