[BUG]: test_main_app is slow

### Provide a brief description of the bug.

test_main_app.py tests are slow, however it looks like the fixture is slow in the test, even disabling the whole default view loading do not speedup the tests. The tests are executed in ~600ms max locally, but to just initialize test it is few seconds. The tests for the dock are do not have this issue
