Context
We use
GITHUB_TOKENto authorize the labeler to do whatever it needs to do on a PR (add labels for example). However, we also need a low-level access to other repos in order to be able to pull shared labels from a private repo. This PR adds a secondary token to the labeler to support optional alternate credentials for this purpose.
