Stylistic sets for Recursive Mono and PT Mono

So I thought from the current set of Iosevka variants, two new stylistic sets inspired by two different programming fonts.

It would be cool to have Iosevka with a Recursive Mono flavour (especially the uppercase U and the motion-serifed BDEFPR), as well as PT Mono "littered" with motion serifs.

Lowercase v, w, x and z are to be substituted with curly variants to try to match the cursive/handwriting style of #852, in the meantime.

Motion serifs may not exact match the original font — this is considered by design (I do not want to add multiple levels of motion serifs).

These are separate stylistic sets, not multiple levels of serifs. I'm using the many variants of Iosevka to closely match the style of these fonts.

Oh I forgot e uses the rounded variant in italic for Recursive

@NoxUltima e is rounded by default in Italics.
