Describe the task
Clarify that ASA Go is not a public warning app and is for fire fighter safety.

Acceptance Criteria

• Modify text on the login splash screen.
• Add a text banner inside the app.
• Review descriptions in the App stores.

Splash screen:
"An app for BC fire fighters that automates the continuous monitoring, updating, and communication of anticipated fire behaviour.

A government of BC IDIR is required for advanced features."

Persistent:
Show a permanent message on screen that makes it explicit this is not a public warning app.

Options:
"Note: Warnings/advisories shown are intended for fire fighter safety, not as a public warning."

"Note: These are not public warnings"

"Note: Advisories and warnings are intended to inform safe work practices for fire fighters."

"For public information on local evacuation orders and alerts, visit the BC Wildfire Service app (linked)"

Raj to put together mockup for both the persistent message and the longer temporary one (needs to be acknowledged).
