Look into Sysdig monitoring as a standard for incoming apps

As a DevOps Admin I want application monitoring So That we can take action when an application goes down in Production

Additional Context

• We're looking to use Sysdig
• Implementation should be standard and easy to implement for other apps

Acceptance Criteria

• Application monitoring can be added to any application in an easy way
• Documentation is provided on how to accomplish it

Definition of Done

• Ready to Demo in Sprint Review
• Does what I have made have appropriate test coverage?
• Documentation and/or scientific documentation exists and can be found
• Peer Reviewed by 2 people on the team
• Manual testing of all PRs in Dev and Prod
• Merged
