Placed feedback button more prominently in action button row Reduced slack message character limit to just be > 0 characters Added username, office, and ticket number to slack message Added close modal icon on serve citizen screen to allow CSRs to get to feedback icon Remove return to queue and begin service buttons from serve citizen window for non-reception offices Added the alert for inviting / the same citizen out of a queue
