Create UI: Currencies update FE for Amalgamations

We need to handle the case where a business that comes from COLIN with existing shares has a share holding the value "Other".

• Add "Other" currency type to current currency ENUM list. (Db Field = OTH)
• Only show "Other" if the business is (1.) Migrated from Colin (2.) Already has "Other" currency type in DB
• If "Other" Currency type is selected, show text and allow user to edit/save text.
• If "Other" value is edited, user must select new currency type from dropdown. Dropdown will not have "Other" as a choice for the edit.

Business Rules:

• System must be able to display the value and currency type for shares for any record where a currency type of "Other" is present
• System must be able to allow the editing of a share class/series record where a currency type of "Other" has previously been entered (i.e. migrated form COLIN)
• System must not permit any new or edited share class/series records to be created or saved with a currency type of "Other"
• System will not offer "Other" as a choice in dropdown for any edited or new class/series record
