After creating an Operation, Return to Dashboard button goes to Dashboard > Registration

After creating an Operation, Return to Dashboard button becomes visible at the end.
When clicking on Return to Dashboard button, it returns to Dashboard > Registration view and not Dashboard only. See images below:

Hi @patriciarussellCAS - the button Return to Dashboard does not actually return to Dashboard itself. Created this ticket as task first to have it checked if it's actually a bug or a task given that user can still navigate to Dashboard manually. It's just the button routing that's not working?

I checked Figma, it seems outdated but from here it shows too that it's going to redirect to Dashboard itself.

Thanks @fviduya - this was part of the original design and I think is consistent with Reg 1. But I flagged that it seems odd from a user experience perspective and it was also flagged in UAT because users did not realize there was this extra dashboard and it was confusing. We actually have this in a couple of places. I was hoping we could remove this step so that everyone is taken back to the main dashboard, rather than add a button here.
