Morrowind Remastered Community Edition is a collection of mods, tweaks, configurations, and overhauls made by the morrowind modding community that help bring The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind into the modern era of gaming by adding fixing everything wrong with the original and keeping everything that made the original good intact and overhauled.

Unzip the contents, checking "Keep Directory Structure" and "Update Files", or similiar.

Else:

Unzip all NIF files to Data Files\Meshes\Statues Unzip all TGA files to Data Files\Textures Unzip all ESP files to Data Files
