We presently have a mix of usage of
BUILDandBUILD.bazelin the repo. I'm not too fussed, but I do have a slight preference forBUILD.bazel. Not sure if others agree or not.It does loosely appear that upstream prefers BUILD.bazel as well. Related: bazelbuild/bazel#4517
