Pull Request Overview
This PR adds new tests for the bayesflow networks, specifically for embeddings and coupling flow permutations, and updates the docstring for coupling flow to reflect the newly supported permutation types.
- New tests for FourierEmbedding, RecurrentEmbedding, Time2Vec, and various permutation classes.
- Updated the coupling flow configuration to document additional permutation types.

File | Description |
---|---|
tests/test_networks/test_embeddings.py | Introduces unit tests for embeddings ensuring correct output shapes and proper error handling. |
tests/test_networks/test_coupling_flow/test_permutations.py | Adds tests for permutation classes (FixedPermutation, OrthogonalPermutation, RandomPermutation, Swap) with shape and output validations. |
bayesflow/networks/coupling_flow/coupling_flow.py | Updates the docstring to include the new permutation types (“orthogonal”, “random”, “swap”). |
