Network configuration

Connect to boards via ADHOC network

You need to put in the grisp.ini.mustache file these lines behind [network]:

wlan=enable
{{#env.IP}}
ip_self={{env.IP}}
{{/env.IP}}
wlan_ip_netmask=255.255.0.0
wlan_mode=adhoc
wlan_adhocname=edge
wlan_channel=6
{{#env.NAME}}
hostname={{env.NAME}}
{{/env.NAME}}

If you don't know how to connect to this adhoc network using Linux, you can follow you tutorial.

Connect to boards via existing wifi network

You need to put in the grisp.ini.mustache file these lines behind [network]:

ip_self = dhcp
wlan = enable
{{#env.NAME}}
hostname = {{env.NAME}}
{{/env.NAME}}
wpa = wpa_supplicant.conf

You also need to modify the file wpa_supplicant.conf and put the information relative to your network.

Deployment

Deployment on sd card

In order to deploy our application on GRiSP boards, you need first to deploy it on a sd card. You must specify the path to this sd card inside the rebar.config file, after the key deploy:

{ grisp , [
	{otp , [
		{version , "22.0"}
	]} ,

	%% Example : running on a linux host with username "user" :
	{deploy , [
		{pre_script , "rm -rf /media/user/GRISP/*"} ,
		{destination , "/media/user/GRISP"} ,
		{post_script , "umount /media/user/GRISP"}
    ]}
]}.

We already put the paths for Mac and Linux users.

If you want to format correctly your sd carte, you can follow our tutorial.

The command to deploy on the grisp is :

NAME=<hostname> IP=X.X.X.X rebar3 grisp deploy -n sensor_fusion -v 0.1.0

If you are using Wifi network, you do not need to put the IP=X.X.X.X.

all the information concerning the grisp configuration files comes from grisp wiki
