Source link on each doc page to facilitate community fixes

In order to facilitate more rapid fixes for doc issues from the community it would be useful to have a link from each doc page back to its source here.

This would substantially lower the barrier between noticing an issue and directly fixing it.

This is an awesome way to do documentation.

Out of curiosity, how was this implemented? I can't find any links beyond the These docs are available on Github... link to the main page of this repo. That existed previously and is how I originally found it.

I was hoping for links that go from docs.basho.com back to specific Markdown files here in this repo. Is that practical? It would be awesome.
