Add Analyzer to ecosystem list

What changed? Why?
This PR adds our project, Analyzer.finance, to the ecosystem.json file. We would like to be listed on the official base.org/ecosystem page.

Notes to reviewers

• Added the logo to: apps/web/public/images/partners/Analyzer.png
• Added project metadata to: apps/S/web/src/data/ecosystem.json

How has it been tested?
This is a data-only change. I have verified the JSON syntax and the image path. Relying on CI checks to pass the build.
