chore: remove console statements and optimize carousel

What changed? Why?
This PR removes debug console statements and optimizes carousel rendering performance in the BuyRealThings component.

• UsernameProfileSidebar: Removed transaction result logging
• SearchModal: Removed click event debug log
• InteractiveCard: Removed image texture loading progress logs
• BuyRealThings:
  • Replaced [...array, ...array] spread operator with array.concat(array) for better performance
  • Replaced crypto.randomUUID() keys with stable index-based keys to prevent unnecessary re-renders

• Cleaner console output in production
• Better carousel rendering performance
• Reduced unnecessary re-renders from key regeneration
