Base Mainnet sync fails with L1 block hash verification error

When attempting to sync Base Mainnet from scratch using Chainstack L1 RPC, the node fails with block hash verification error.

The node computed a different block hash than what the RPC returned. Looking for suggestions to resolve this issue.
