What changed? Why?
Updated an insecure http:// link to https:// in terms-of-service.mdx for the Privacy Policy.
Using HTTPS ensures secure, encrypted communication and prevents potential man-in-the-middle attacks or browser security warnings.

Notes to reviewers

• Only the protocol scheme was updated (http -> https).
• The domain docs.base.org supports HTTPS.
• Other http:// instances (like XML namespaces in SVG definitions) were intentionally left unchanged as they are identifiers, not navigable URLs.

How has it been tested?

• Verified the context of the change to ensuring it was a clickable link and not a namespace URI.
• Verified the link points to the correct Privacy Policy location.
