Automation scripts for BPS workflows. This repository contains a collection of automation scripts (Python, Selenium, etc.) designed to speed up daily tasks, including automatically filling in KiPapp using data from Google Sheets.
To get started with automation-KipApp, follow these steps:

Visit the Releases Page. Click the link below to go to the downloads section: Download Here

Choose the Latest Release. Look for the latest version at the top of the releases list. Each release should have clear notes about new features and bug fixes.

Download the Installer. Click on the installer file linked within the release. This file will usually have a
.exe
extension for Windows users, or it may vary depending on your operating system. -
Run the Installer. Once the file downloads, locate it in your downloads folder. Double-click the installer to start the installation process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Setup Requirements. Ensure you have the following installed on your system:
- Python: Version 3.6 or newer.
- Selenium: Python library for browser automation.
- Chrome Driver: Ensure you download the version that matches your Chrome browser.
For optimal performance of automation-KipApp, make sure you meet the following system requirements:
- Operating System: Windows, MacOS, or Linux
- Minimum RAM: 4 GB
- Free Disk Space: At least 100 MB
- Internet Connection: Required for downloading support files

Open the Application. After installation, find the application in your start menu or applications folder. Open it.

Connect to Google Sheets. To fill in forms automatically, connect the software to your Google Sheets account. You will need to authorize it to access your sheets.

Select Workflow. Choose the specific workflow you want to automate, such as filling out forms or inputting data into KiPapp.

Run the Automation. Click the 'Start' button to begin the automation process. Monitor the task as it runs to ensure everything works smoothly.

Review Outputs. After completion, check the results in KiPapp or the output file. Verify that the automation performed as expected.
