Add interactivity to HTML output

Add interactivity through javascript to the HTML output generated by breseq.

• Ability to sort and filter tables of predicted mutations (for example on frequency or scores). This would allow the user to tune these parameters after a run is completed.
• Ability to mark certain mutations as rejected or accepted manually?
• Ability to export the filtered data as a new GenomeDiff or HTML file?
