SocketUDT::send1 function doesn't throw exception on error with SOCK_STREAM sockets #56

There appears to be a bug in the send1 function where if the UDT::send function returns an error on SOCK_STREAM sockets, the error is ignored and the function returns data send up until the point of failure.
