Hey, here it is my PR.
I have modified 3 files: docker-compose.yml, Dockerfile, and builder.go
Here are my changes:

Added flag to start command in Dockerfile
Remove environment variable DATABASE_URL from docker-compose
Add new flag option --databaseURL
Set environment variable DATABASE_URL to the value read from --databaseURL flag
