How to reproduce

I had originally posted a comment on this thread, but since it is closed I assume this should be a bug report instead.

A multibody STL is imported, with some of the bodies representing desired 'modifiers'. The modifiers are set to change the wall thickness of the main part, but instead they act only as 'negative parts' and not 'modifiers'.

Actual results

Preparation settings:
prepare

Sliced result:
sliced

Expected results

It is expected that within the modified regions that the wall thickness is 0, i.e. you should be able to see internal infill.
