Build and test the examples #59

Description

The PR improves the daily build, enabling it to support the building and testing of the example programs found in the root directory. Additionally, the directory structure will be adhered to according to the document: https://github.com/ballerina-platform/ballerina-extended-library/blob/main/docs/module-contribution-guide.md

Ran all the tests for the modules locally using the bal test command.

Test Configuration:

Followed secure coding standards in http://wso2.com/technical-reports/wso2-secure-engineering-guidelines?
Confirmed that this PR doesn't commit any keys, passwords, tokens, usernames, or other secrets?
