How to troubleshoot when the device crashes #184

Hi All

I used this Kiosk setup on a generic device :

T4 PRO
•⁠ ⁠intel Apollo Lake Processor
•⁠ ⁠⁠4GB Ram
•⁠ ⁠⁠64GB storage
•⁠ ⁠⁠1GB LAN /802.11 b/g/n/ac
•⁠ ⁠⁠12V

Goes like this

  • device is registered on Balena
  • docker is deployed
  • device boots
  • webbrowser opens
  • webpage loads
    - 1..2..3.. Device Shuts down

It is probably a setting, or something with memory, ... nothing I should not be able to solve

But, I cannot access the device: boots, 5 seconds and crashes. The only way out is reinstalling BalenaOS, changing some params in the docker release and retry...

Is there a way how I can troubleshoot this crash better?
