Technical Dept: Remove Icon-Support of https://erikflowers.github.io/weather-icons/

Until version 0.9 icons from https://erikflowers.github.io/weather-icons/ were used. This support was removed in version 0.9. However, these icons remained in the repo for backward compatibility.

Now the repo can be "cleaned". => So remove icons from erikflowers
