What is the issue here?

I followed the install guide and I hit the latitude and longitude from my canton I live in central Switzerland with the corresponding key and secret of myApp.

Can you please reinstall the latest Version (not update but reinstall) and activate loglevel "debug" and provide the log?

I'm new in ioBroker, and one of the initial adapters I'm tying is this one ...
I followed the instruction for installation .. but then on runtime I got the exact same error.

I've struggled a bit to find out how to set the "debug" mode as you suggested, after hacking on the CLI I found this video that helped me out ... (🤦‍♂️ as said .. I'm new .. I'd have thought before on that)

The logs just before the error is raised:

... This brought me to the solution .. in the instructions for the App creation .. there are many "product" choices:

• SRG-SSR-PUBLIC-API-V2 Research and Development Plan - for non commercial use
• SRGSSR EPG v3 APIs SRG SSR Radio and TV electronic programming guide APIs
• SRGSSR-MeteoProductEnterprise
• SRGSSR-MeteoProductLarge
• SRGSSR-MeteoProductMedium
• SRGSSR-MeteoProductSmall
• SRGSSR-MeteoProductSmall

well I did choose "SRGSSR EPG v3 APIs" and because ti was "approved" directly .. I did not worried about it.

Changing the product to "SRG-SSR-PUBLIC-API-V2" fixed the problem.

You should:

• Document the product to choose in the instructions
• Check in code for the InvalidAPICallAsNoApiProductMatchFound error

Hope this helps.

Since the creation of the adapter, SRF seems to have added new products. At the beginning, to my knowledge, only SRG-SSR-PUBLIC-API-V2 was available. Thanks for this hint and PR are always very welcome :)
