Review (akeyless)

Approved for the akeyless workspace.

Locally verified workspaces/akeyless with the csstype resolution bump to 3.2.3: yarn tsc:full passes (plugin still on Material-UI v4).

Note for maintainers: scripts/set-resolutions.js still hardcodes resolutionVersion = '3.0.9'. If that script is run after merge it would rewrite csstype resolutions back to 3.0.9 — worth updating in a follow-up if this PR is intentional repo-wide.
