Develop and use new branding for the installer

Drupal 8 has a beautiful new installer design. We should also have a beautiful design for the Backdrop installer, though different. I recommend that we backport the style changes from D8 and change them slightly.

We will still need a new design for Backdrop's installer, and we'll use this issue for posting mockups, discussion, and progress on that front.

Right now I have updated the font and hope to do more to make the installer look more like the attached digital sketch.

Just updated to include graphic in the corner, background color, positioning of form and logo. Not sure of the best way to get the active list item background to have the angled border. I'd rather use css than an image if possible.

I thought the black corner looked too bold and overpowering, so I used the gray (inverse concept). Also kept the full vertical logo.

@agreazel sweet! I wouldn't worry to much about the CSS at this point, the appearance is the most important concept we have to figure out. Did you mean to provide a screenshot of the new concept?

Wow, I love it. I love the gray corner, the angled edges on the left, and the use of the new logo :)

I'd like to see "question" title over in the right column where the "Answer" goes, rather than outside the white area, but that may not be worth designing. We can simply move it over there.

It would probably also be worth adding a for-realz page title too, something like "Install Backdrop CMS: Step 2 of 4".
