- Pull fontawesome from npm.
- Only include fontawesome resources we need.
- Fixes missing icons in mapper without internet connection.
* Switched to Kotlin DSL for gradle build files. * Updated to Kotlin 1.3.70-eap-274. * Unified webpack for Kotlin and JSX code. * Reworked FakeClientDevice/HostedWebApp. * UI app properly unsubscribes from pubsub channels when shutting down. * Specify JS npm dependencies in the gradle build.
Log though slf4j.
* GLSL tests are skipped if WebGL isn't available (e.g. no GPU on CircleCI). * Work around ChromeHeadless/Linux bug. * Fix path to three.js.
