To align with Blazor and IJSRuntime case naming, all classes and methods needs to be updated to match the casing in Blazor, i.e. using a capital S in JS.

now you mention all class and method names, what about variables? eg.

var mockJs = Services.AddMockJsRuntime();

to

var mockJS = Services.AddMockJSRuntime();

My first thought was it should but i just want to verify whether you agree

Due to the way case sensitivity is handled differently across platforms and systems i first removed the files that required renaming and then added them again with the refactorization.

I'll try to test this on different systems first before i create a pull request.

I also updated the comments and strings according to the new naming.

What's left to do is updating the documentation. But here i think we could end up either with some conflicts or quite a bit is not present in the dev branch and would not come in this change.

What is the strategy here?
Is this a different pull request or should i take that in too and you merge the master branch to the dev branch before i can continue there?

Just skip the documentation alone. When I get a little extra time, I want to get all the sections in the docs done, including those on JSInterop.
