Problem
The README reference check reports valid links to paths containing spaces as broken, and blocks the commit:
[x](./app/Azrty%20Design%20System/readme.md) → broken reference: "./app/Azrty%20Design%20System/readme.md" does not resolve: the percent-encoding isn't decoded before the file lookup.
[x](<./app/Azrty Design System/readme.md>) (CommonMark angle-bracket destination) → broken reference: "<./app/Azrty" does not resolve: the parser splits on the space and ignores the <…> form.
Both render and resolve correctly on GitHub. The file exists.
Seen in azrtydxb/azrty-website (#199), where the link had to become plain text to get past the gate.
Expected
URL-decode link destinations before resolving them, and support CommonMark <…> destinations (which may contain spaces).
