Courtesy of Styx's (https://github.com/StygianTheBest/StygianCore/tree/6c6f64e5d8a1a747a7fdd577ac205b8e6251e37a/Source/modules/mod-solocraft) code, too bad they are no longer available on his repo master, so I thought I should make this PR since it works great after some personal testing.

The following can now be defined in the config file:

"
[worldserver]

Enable the module? (1: true | 0: false)

Solocraft.Enable = 1

Announce the module when the player logs in?

Solocraft.Announce = 1

Difficulty Multipliers

Defaults: 5, 10, 25, 10

Solocraft.Dungeon = 5
Solocraft.Heroic = 10
Solocraft.Raid25 = 25
Solocraft.Raid40 = 10
"

Copied settings from StygianCore's solocraft config file. Stygian no longer offers this module, however, I am continuing it for AzerothCore since it is the only working SoloCraft that I found which utilizes config file settings properly instead of hard coded settings.
