What does this PR do?

This PR improves the UI and layout of the careers.html page. The main changes include:

• Increased padding on the main content area for better readability.
• Adjustments to the header style, making it more visually appealing and consistent with the overall design.
• Improved section styling to ensure a more structured and user-friendly layout.

These changes aim to enhance the overall user experience by providing a more polished and consistent design.
