TensorFlow installation guide link broken

Currently the link to TensorFlow installation guide is broken (https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/blob/master/tensorflow/g3doc/get_started/os_setup.md). It seems that the TensorFlow team has removed the setup markdown file and is now pointing to the installation page on the webpage.

Should be changed to https://www.tensorflow.org/install/
