Version 3.1.0.7 was compiled on 12 March 2004.

A new option nosound is added to suppress background sound while the message is displayed.

This version supports visual styles (themes) in Windows XP and later.

The app does not support Unicode, messages in the system code page only can be displayed correctly. On Windows 11, which uses UTF-8 code page, any language would likely work.

The app does not support High DPI, so it doesn't look as nice in High DPI environments.
