Bump for get-started

Need a plan

• Start a plain html5 boilerplate in a different directory within the repo.
• When ready, copy files from new directory into root of project.

Design Options

1. bare bones - just use html5 boilerplate with no extras.
2. Only use basic mom packages, nothing fancy or platform specific.
