• Folder structure changed to move examples under terraform folder. Allows CDK and Crossplane patterns as well
• Updated docs
• Spark Operator examples updated
• Changed region to us-west-2 for all examples
• Updated upstream EKS Blueprints version to ref=v4.15.0
