feat: Upgrade Spark operator blueprint to EKS 1.30 and fluent-bt changes

What does this PR do?

• Added support for creating multiple teams. By default, it creates spark-team-a, spark-team-b, and spark-team-c, all of which use the same IAM policies. However, you can modify the code to customize the policies if needed.
• Updated Fluent Bit configuration to write Spark logs to a dedicated folder structure in the S3 bucket.

• Upgraded the blueprint to use EKS version 1.30.
• Upgraded the Spark Operator to the latest version.
