  • Add stream manager for HTTP/1
  • Add unified stream manager to handle both HTTP/1 and HTTP/2
  • Support expected protocol for unified stream manager
  • For auto, an HTTP/2 connection will be created first, and if failed, it will fall back to HTTP/1. (Two connections will be created, not ideal)
