EC2: Can not list instances when creating instance group.

Describe the bug

If you have too many instances, for example 100, you will not be able to load more instances when creating an instance group.

Expected Behavior

Instances will be listed when click load more instances.

Current Behavior

return time out.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create 100 EC2.
2. Enter Instance Group on clo consoel
3. Click Load more instances.
