Summary

Fix release 1.7.0

• Revert aspect injector to version 2.8.1
• add tests
  • test 2.8.1 is present
  • test examples in pipeline
• Revert metrics in examples

Why is this needed?

There is an issue with AspectInjector 2.8.2, and in release 1.7.0 AspectInjector was updated to that version by mistake. This would make the decorator not work, making all utilities have issues and metrics to throw null reference exception
