refine the ai tests

Description of changes:

• Lower the threshold for alarms for ai tests
• Increase vCpu and memory resources for the ecs task to get more network bandwidth indirectly
• Split long ai tests into multiple short ones (to avoid too much context to confuse AI model)
• Refine some prompt for test
