Cfn Plugin for dotnet #1102
Description
It would be fantastic to be able to develop CloudFormation extensions with dotnet. I'm studying the code of the other plugins (go, java, typescript) since there doesn't seem to be any documentation of the process to create a new plugin, and it's slow going.
