Description of changes:
This PR

• updates amplify-swift dependency with memory leaks fixes
  fix(predictions): remove liveness event listeners on session completion amplify-swift#4092
• captures weak self reference in dispatchqueue execute blocks

• Added new tests to cover change, if needed
• Build succeeds with all target using Swift Package Manager
• All unit tests pass
